Et ceci pour plusieurs raisons :<\/p>\n<p>\u2014 g\u00e9n\u00e9reux dans son calendrier : alors qu\u2019il annonce durer du 24 mars au 2 avril, les projections qu\u2019il propose s\u2019\u00e9talent en fait du 23\/3 au 9\/4 dans le Rh\u00f4ne<\/p>\n<p>\u2014 g\u00e9n\u00e9reux par son implantation g\u00e9ographique : le festival ne se cantonne pas aux grandes villes : toujours dans le Rh\u00f4ne, les projections sont annonc\u00e9es dans 11 villes, \u00e0 Lyon, bien s\u00fbr, mais aussi \u00e0 Tarare, \u00e0 Villefranche-sur-Mer, Corbas, sans oublier Tassin, Bron ou D\u00e9cines !<\/p>\n<p>\u2014 g\u00e9n\u00e9reux par son programme : 18 films diff\u00e9rents pour la plupart r\u00e9cents ( Palestine 36, La voix de Hind Rajab \u2026) parfois plus anciens ( Noces en Galil\u00e9e )<\/p>\n<p>\u2014 mais g\u00e9n\u00e9reux, surtout, parce qu\u2019il met en lumi\u00e8re un cin\u00e9ma trop souvent r\u00e9duit au silence, qu\u2019il donne la parole \u00e0 un peuple opprim\u00e9, d\u00e9cim\u00e9 et calomni\u00e9 que nous ne devons surtout pas oublier alors qu\u2019il est, plus que jamais, victime de pers\u00e9cutions inadmissibles !<\/p>\n<p>En plus de son volet cin\u00e9matographique, le festival invite cette ann\u00e9e une remarquable expo photos, \u00e0 la Mairie du 1er arrondissement de Lyon. Il s\u2019agit de la pr\u00e9sentation de photos de Fatima Hassouna, cette photojournaliste ind\u00e9pendante palestinienne qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 tu\u00e9e par un bombardement isra\u00e9lien \u00e0 Gaza, au moment m\u00eame o\u00f9 le film \u00ab\u00a0Put Your Soul on Your Hand and Walk\u00a0\u00bb \u00e9tait projet\u00e9 au festival de Cannes. Cette \u0153uvre de la r\u00e9alisatrice iranienne Sepideh Farsi met en sc\u00e8ne son dialogue avec la photographe vivant dans Gaza, donnant une image concr\u00e8te de la vie quotidienne des Gazaouis pendant l\u2019agression isra\u00e9lienne. Une expo \u00e0 ne pas manquer du 28 mars au 3 aaz.
